Preface
In a rapidly changing world, the generation that once laid the foundation of our nation's institutions—our retired senior citizens— often finds itself alone, vulnerable, and unacknowledged. These individuals, many of whom served as Secretaries, Judges, Bank Directors, Managing Directors, Chairpersons, and in other top-tier leadership positions in government and non-government institutions, have spent their lives in service to the country and its people. Their legacy lives on in the progress we enjoy today.
Yet, as they enter the twilight years of their lives, a distressing reality confronts many of them. Their children, educated with care and vision, have often gone abroad in pursuit of higher education and global careers and have settled permanently in foreign lands. This diaspora has created an unintended gap: aged parents are left behind, often without proper companionship, care, or a structured support system.
Despite being financially independent, many of these retired professionals are forced to live in conditions far below what they deserve. In the absence of family support and professional care, they face serious challenges—physical ailments, loneliness, psychological distress, and lack of access to proper nutrition, exercise, and medical supervision. What should have been a time of comfort and contentment is often replaced by anxiety, helplessness, and social isolation.
A Dignified Alternative: The Birth of Anondo Baari
It is with deep compassion and a strong sense of social responsibility that Anondo Baari—the “House of Joy”—has been conceived. This senior citizen wellness centre is not just a real estate development; it is a mission to restore dignity, joy, and holistic well-being to those who once led our society.
Anondo Baari is designed to be a sanctuary—a place where retired individuals are not only cared for physically, but also emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Spread over 25 acres in a serene setting near Purbachal New Town, this facility offers modern residential suites, central medical care, recreational and cultural facilities, and a vibrant, respectful community. Every aspect of life here has been curated to ensure that senior citizens can enjoy their independence while also receiving the assistance and attention they require.
At Anondo Baari, residents will have access to regular medical check-ups, physiotherapy, balanced diet plans, fitness sessions, mental health support, and participation in cultural and social events. Every service is designed to nurture both the body and the mind, allowing each individual to live a life that is not only long, but fulfilling.
Our Commitment
The main objective behind the establishment of Anondo Baari is clear and profound: to ensure a joyful, secure, and respectful life for retired individuals who deserve nothing less. This is a commitment rooted in empathy, delivered through professionalism, and executed with sustainability in mind.
We believe that age should never be a barrier to dignity. With the right environment, infrastructure, and care systems, our senior citizens can lead vibrant, independent lives—free from the despair and helplessness that too often defines old age in today’s fast-paced world.
Anondo Baari is not a nursing home, nor a temporary facility. It is a permanent, thoughtfully planned residential community, built for those who have served the nation and now seek peace, care, and companionship.

The Anondo Baari Team
